From the moment you meet Christine you experience the contagious joy that flows from her. This joy does not come because her life is without challenges, but it comes in spite of those challenges. Christine has set her heart and mind on things above. Her faith in Jesus fuels her and drives her forward. She pushes forward to break a generational cycle of single motherhood, to work long hours to provide, to counsel her teenage daughters to make wise choices, and to love others in joy no matter what is going on.
When we met Christine, her car was over 20 years old and had served her family well, but the repairs cost too much to make fixing it worth it. Christine filled out an application for a new car, and we felt led to select her to receive this gift. The car search was long but she continued to express gratitude, to wait patiently, and encourage us in our search. Finally, in November we found a beautiful car for this beautiful family.
Christine says, “Thank you sooo much! My heart is so overjoyed right now. I want to cry...I don't even know what to say...you guys are so awesome! I'm so Thankful. Truly, what a blessing MFM has been to me and my girls. I love everything about you guys and what you are doing for us moms out here struggling to make ends meet. I can't even express how thankful and grateful I am for all that you have done for me and my girls”.
